Mundo Lingo: Conversation Café Deluxe

A collaborative series between the English Language Institute (ELI) and the Mosaic Center. It's an expansion of the ELI’s Conversation Café which is an open meeting where any student can come for casual conversation and fun group activities. Snacks and games will be provided and then the groups are left to freely converse in an informal atmosphere. 
Mundo Lingo incorporates a small informal lesson typically featuring a
student group, staff or faculty member speaking a non-English language and sharing a little bit of their culture and teaching a few phrases. This is a great fun way to get to know another language or at least knowing how to say essential phrases such as “Hi, my name is ______”; “Thank you!”
or “Where’s the bathroom?!”. An expansion of the ELI’s Conversation Café which is an open meeting, where any student can come for casual conversation, learn more about the Mosaic, and fun group activities. Snacks, games, and ice-breaker activities will be provided and then attendees are  left to freely converse in an informal atmosphere. This is a great opportunity for you to get involved with becoming a conversation partner or Mosaic programming.
